YogaTime - Find Yoga Classes app for iPhone and iPad

Note: This is our first live production release and we are starting with only a few teachers, locations and classes while we collect user feedback and enhance the experience. Well be adding new locations and teachers weekly as we grow and scale across Bali before moving to new countries to fulfill our vision of making yoga more accessible.

Introducing YogaTime - Find Yoga Classes, a new and innovative way to connect students, teachers, and hosts for live yoga sessions. Starting in Bali, Indonesia.

What is YogaTime?

YogaTime allows students to search for live open yoga classes by location, teacher, or date/time. It also allows any certified instructor to create an account and teach classes at any of the open slots created by YogaTime hosts. The really cool part is YogaTime allows any location with open space to become a YogaTime host. Hosts can be private villas, restaurants, parks, beaches, hotels..anywhere that can safely and quietly host a yoga class.

We aim to break the barriers of limited locations, hours, styles allowing users to find new creative ways to practice yoga.

How does YogaTime work?

First, everyone who downloads and installs the app can search available yoga classes by date/time, teacher or location. Users are required to register for an account to sign up for classes or submit to become a YogaTime teacher or host.

Once registered and logged in, youll be able to search and sign up for classes or apply to become a teacher or host, or both.

Simply navigate to the "Account" page and select "Switch Account" and select "Teacher" or "Host" and youll be able to apply to become a teacher or host.

Everyone starts as a student and anyone can register for any open classes, but if you want to become a teacher or host youll need to apply through the "Switch Account" option in the "Accounts" tab.

What is a YogaTime Teacher exactly?

A teacher is any certified instructor who wants to teach and get paid for a yoga class at any of the open time/location slots. Once approved, navigate back to the "Switch Account" option and select teacher. Then you can navigate to the home page and search open time slots. Find a slot at a location/time you want to fill, select it, and enter the class details and voila your class is now open for student registrations. Teachers are paid per student per class directly from the application once the class completes.

What is a YogaTime Host?

A YogaTime Host is anybody that wants to host a class. You dont need to take the class as a student and you dont need to be a teacher. Hosts only need to have space to comfortably accommodate a class. Hosts can be villa occupants, restaurants or beach clubs, or anywhere else for that matter. Like teachers, hosts are paid per class per student directly from the application once the class completes.

How do I become a YogaTime Host?

After creating an account, navigate to the "Accounts" section and select "Switch Account" then select "Host" and youll be taken through a host application process. Submit everything required in the application and youll be put into a "Pending" status. Well review your application and either approve, decline, or ask for additional information.

Once approved as a YogaTime Host, add available time slots through your Host profile. You can add as many or as few slots as you like for any time or date you like (no limits). When you have added a slot, teachers will be able to search and register those open slots. When a teacher books a slot, youll be notified and now your host location is set to host a class.
